The hosts are very friendly, helpful and eager to make your stay special. The place isvery spacious and tastefully presented. The bedrooms and guest lounge are plentifully provided with a wonderful supply of books suitable for all tastes. The breakfasts provide a wide range of both hot and cold options. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Olivia and Michael made our stay very comfortable and were extremely welcoming. Anne’s House also has the benefit of being only 10 minutes from the Hastings town centre and railway station. - Michael L
